One of my “die die must try” list in Bali was to taste “Babi Guling Bu Oka” (Balinese suckling pig). So one day we drove to Ubud early in the morning. arriving at Ubud around 10AM, the place haven’t opened yet, so we took a walk to Ubud Art Market and Ubud Palace. 15 minutes to 11 we’re back at the restaurant and take a seat inside. we ordered 2 portion of “nasi + babi guling (special)” 15K, the meal were so tasty and hot. it was consist of : steamed rice topped with lawar, urutan, meat, pork skin, rambak and off course spicy sambal. the skin was so tender and delicious. we even took 2 portion of “daging babi guling” 15K home.
