June 26, 2010 | Central jakarta, Chinese Cuisine, CUISINE, JAKARTA, Noodle, With Pork

After Chuan-Chuan, we wandered around Pasar Baru for a while before landing at Bakmie Aboen at the end of a small alley near Gang Kelinci. There’s also a delicious cakue (油條) seller along the road and we bought some. As usual, we ordered their Bakmi Babi Special 25K to share. All in all, it was a decent bowl of noodle. The noodle have fine texture, a bit on the salty side, but I liked it. The noddle was topped with mushroom, braised pork, and char siew (叉燒) slices, making it a fullfilling dish 🙂

Ah… kalo dulu kita ke Aboen, pesen kwetiaw ayam Jen. Gue suka banget kwetiawnya. Trus, menurut gue, dulu pangsit Aboen itu enak banget. Kulitnya halus. Kalo di tenggorokan lembut banget :))
Bakminya emang biasa aja sih. Tapi bakmi lebar tetep pesan :))
