There’s a new Balinese restaurant in Pluit that specializes in Ayam Betutu Khas Gilimanuk. I was so excited and we decided to try it. The place was crowded when we arrived. The airconditioned dining room for non-smokers is full, so we had to sit outside. The restaurant’s main courses are ayam betutu Gilimanuk (whole 70K, half 38K, quarter 20K), ayam betutu goreng (whole 72K, half 39K, quarter 21K), bebek betutu, bebek betutu bengil goreng. The rest are, lawar ayam campur gorengan 15K, ares bebek 8K, sate lilit ayam @3.5K, nasi campur ibu Made Wardani 25K, sayur pelecing 5K & sambal matah 5K. We decided to order : “Nasi Campur Ibu Made Wardani” which cover pretty much a little bit of everything, and a quarter of ayam betutu Gilimanuk and sate lilit. Overall the meal was OK, quite spicy, although their service was quite slow.
