Stir Fried Pork with Basil

Whenever I go to the supermarket, I always look for basil in the vegetables section. I love to cook basil with chicken/pork and I think all dishes made with basil addition tasted delicious. This recipe of Thai pork basil (Pad gkaprow mu) originally require Thai holy basil, but since I can’t find it, I just use regular sweet basil. Recipe was modified from ‘Thai Home Cooking’ cookbook :)
