Last thursday, we had lunch at a Manado restaurant called “Waroeng Chamoe-Chamoe” located at Sudirman CBD. I love to eat at Manado restaurant very much since they always serve very very spicy food (I love spicy food) hehehe..
The restaurant was decorated in warm and cozy indonesian ethnic athmosphere. It was very full with people when we arrived there and since we didn’t make a reservation earlier we had to wait. After waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated, we ordered “Kuah Asam Bobara” (spicy & sour ‘bobara’ fish soup), “Ayam Woku Balanga” (spicy chicken cooked in ‘woku’ style), “Bunga Papaya Cakalang” (stir fried papaya flower & ‘cakalang’ fish), “Perkedel Jagung” (fried corn croquette) accompanied with “Dabu Dabu” sauce. Very tasty indeed.. hot, sour, and spicy combined into one dish. Selamat Makan 🙂
