It’s been so long since I last eat Duck Bihon (Rice Vermicelli serve with steam duck and clear soup), everywhere I go I always look for this kind of food. One of my favorite bihun bebek was back at my home town, but last night I had an opportunity to tried bihon bebek at Mangga Besar. In my oppinion the taste was not very special, different from what I was looking for.. not using chinese herbs in its ingredients, but OK lah… can’t wait to tried Bihun Bebek Kumango at Medan – North Sumatra this weekend. 🙂
