After lunch, we immediately head to Cirebon. The journey took about 4 hours and we arrived there on the evening. After checking in to Santika hotel, we began our quest to find something for dinner. Following Arie & Grace’s (the writers of Kuliner series) recommendations, we stopped at a seafood restaurant not far from the hotel. We ordered kerang rebus 6K, kepiting telur saos tiram 75K, udang bakar 65K, cumi goreng tepung 18K, bawal goreng kering 30K and kangkung polos 7K. Overall all the dishes tasted quite good, the seafood was fresh and it was quite tasty, although their chilli sauce tasted more sweet than hot. I especially like their fried pomfret with garlic. It was so aromatic. 🙂
