I had “Nasi Campur Bali”/ Balinese mixed rice (steamed rice served with mixture of lawar nangka, tum babi, pork satay, etc) 10K at Pure Cinere courtyard last weekend, I also bought “nasi Jenggo” ( steamed rice served with noodles, fried nuts, shredded shicken and sambal, wrapped in banana leaf). In my oppinion the food was quite authentic, to bad they don’t serve “Babi Guling” (a spit-roasted whole pig stuffed with a delicious mix of herbs and spices) when we came. 😛
Alamatnya dimana ya? Udah 1 bulan nyari Nasi Campur Bali di jkt belum nemu :p
great Blogs by the way
yang di atas jualannya di halamannya pure di cinere, ada juga restoran bali halal di pangpol judulnya ajengan.
di daerah barat juga ada namanya warung putu puja di seblahnya pure di jelambar. search aja di blog ini pasti nemu.
Authentic Balinese food should taste GREAT with or without the suckling pork (not that I’m against pork hehehe)… They’re very talented artists, the Balinese.. in their food, architecture, music, gardening etc.
