October 2, 2008 | Balinese Cuisine, INDONESIAN CUISINE, JAKARTA, North Jakarta
We ordered 1 portion of sate sapi (beef satay) 20K and nasi campur Bali 22.5K, which consists of steam rice, kecombrang, lawar, urutan, satay & drink. We also ordered es daluman (Balinese traditional beverage that consist of cingcau hijau and palm sugar) 7K. In my opinion, the meal tasted delicious, the meat was tender, and the soup was a bit spicy. The daluman was too sweet with some bitter aftertaste.

Sapi bali dulu pertama kali buka di Jogja, kl gak salah. Mantan chef-nya Hyatt. Keren juga kalau akhirnya buka di Jkt.
Saya kurang suka Iga Bakar Bali, karena bumbunya (khas bali) terlalu menyengat. Lebih enak Iga Bakar Kecap IMO.
The Ribs were alright, the sausage, a.k.a urutan, on the other hand was not good at all, at least in my opinion. It was just full of shaved coconut rather than full of fatty meat, which it should have been.Tasted weird also, sweet and salty mix. Forget about ordering it, stick to the ribs satay, and ayam kecombrang. Yummy.
Agree with Reza, forget the urutan…the ribs is okay but my favourite is ayam kecombrang…yumm…incredibly spicy
